The Kansas Jayhawks were named the top seed in the 2010 NCAA tournament.  The 2008 National Champions will face Lehigh in the first round.

Kentucky, Duke, and Syracuse are the other top seeds.  Ohio State, West Virginia, Kansas State, and Villanova are the number two seeds.

The Big East sent eight teams to the tournament, with the Big 12 getting seven bids and the ACC six.
